The quick relocation to another room improved my stay significantly, but the noise from overhead planes and traffic was disruptive. The friendly staff and quality buffet dinner stood out despite the hotel's transitional phase.

Lack of cleanliness in common areas!!! Noise pollution from airplanes and road traffic really detracts from relaxation!!! Limited maintenance in facilities needs urgent attention!!! Front desk staff could use better training in customer service!!!

The clean outdoor pool offers a relaxing retreat, but the lack of handicapped access is concerning.

Friendly staff made check-in smooth, which eased travel frustrations. The pool area felt inviting and clean, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety, from cheeses to fruits, making mornings enjoyable. I encountered a couple of hiccups. air conditioning was somewhat weak, and I had to wait longer than expected for drinks in the restaurant. The room, while cozy, had a faulty kettle that took time to sort out.

The room was clean and tidy with black-out curtains.

We had a late flight and ended up staying only one night. The air conditioning in our room was weak, making it uncomfortable. the restaurant was lacking in service, and it took too long for us to be served.

I had a lovely stay! The room was eventually great, cozy and comfy. The restaurant served some seriously tasty buffet meals too. But the noise from the traffic was a bit much, and those planes flying overhead every half hour didn't help either. Staff were friendly but could be more proactive.
